Eligibility

ECHS facilities are available to:

• Ex-Servicemen who have contributed to the ECHS fund.

• Their spouses and dependents listed in the ECHS membership.

• War widows and dependents of deceased ex-servicemen (as per ECHS policy).

Beneficiaries are required to present their ECHS Smart Card at the time of admission or OPD consultation.

• Photo ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN)

• Referral from ECHS Polyclinic (for planned admissions)
